Executive Chef Ivy Stark will show guests how to recreate the holiday with a special celebration of the Mayan Hanal Pixán with dishes from the Yucatan – including Horchata de Coco, Yucatan Daquiri, Sikil Pal, Mucbi Pollo, Pan de Muerto and Champurrado!
The demonstration-style cooking class pays tribute to this traditional holiday and includes lunch, cocktails, recipes and a copy of “Dos Caminos Tacos” featuring recipes from Dos Caminos.
