Las Posadas, the Mexican holiday, begins on the eve of December 16th and continues every night through Nochebuena on December 25th when friends, families and neighbors gather for a midnight feast until the early morning.

In celebration of this unique holiday, Executive Chef Ivy Stark will show guests how to create a festive dinner with handmade cocktails and traditional holiday favorites including Almendrado, Sidra de Navidad, Ensalada de Nochebuena, Bacalao a la Vizcaina, Pomengranate Honey Glazed Ham and Flan de Rompope.

The demo-style cooking class includes lunch, cocktails, recipes and a copy of Dos Caminos Tacos featuring recipes from Dos Caminos. The cooking class is being offered for $75 per person.
