It’s National Margarita Day!

Today is National Margarita Day! In celebration, 1 Hotel Central Park, Dos Caminos and McCarren Hotel & Pool in Williamsburg are having fiestas of their own.

Enjoy The Deline, a smoky margarita-inspired mezcal cocktail, at 1 Hotel Central Park’s Jams restaurant for ONE night only. The milder Jonathan Waxman’s signature JW Margarita is also available to pair with the chef’s cuisine.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Mezcal
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Combier
Top with Laphroaig float
Garnish: With chipotle salt

McCarren Margarita @ McCarren Hotel & Pool
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. El Jimador Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Red Chili Agave Syrup (blend desired amt of chilies into Agave Syrup to taste and refrigerate)
Method: Shake all ingredients and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish: With whole chili pepper.
