Celebrate the official release of the fifth issue of Pioneer Works Journal.
During the evening, poet and contributor Wayne Koestenbaum, David Grubbs and former music resident Eli Keszler will perform material from their recent releases on the new UDPR label–a vinyl record series for the sound of poetry, curated by Michael Barron and published by Ugly Duckling Presse.
The event will also feature an opportunity for guests to perform karaoke versions of articles from this issue backed by of our very own live jazz combo (Greg Fox on drums, Justin Frye on upright bass, and Marco Orozco on flute).
