We’re finally seeing what happens when women lead design. Urban infrastructures are made bike & family friendly. Mass political actions accommodate mothers with nursing stations. Dating apps reverse norms by having women make the first move.
In this workshop, we’ll explore women-led creativity with an expert panel curated by SYPartner’s Managing Creative Director Jessica Tillyer. This workshop includes interactive exercises, so please bring an open mind.

Jessica Tillyer -is a Managing Creative Director at SYPartners, where she leads the growth of the design practice and provides creative leadership to projects that combine business growth, social impact, and culture change. With a background in both design and theater, she is obsessed with every aspect of designing a great experience — both for people in the world and employees within organizations.
Melissa Cullens – serves as Chief Design Officer at Ellevest, Inc. Ms. Cullens served as Vice President of product Design at Ellevest until July 2016. She served as Design Director at Librify until Feb 2015 and Senior Creative Strategist at Code and Theory until May 2014. Ms. Cullens earned Master’s Certificate in graphic Design from the Portfolio Centre in 2011, Bachelors of Art in Business Administration from Furman University in 2004 and Attended University of Georgia Cortana.
Asmau Ahmed – is the Founder & CEO of Plum Perfect, began as a chemical engineer with a curiosity to innovate. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS with Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. She drew from her business and engineering backgrounds to craft the patented technologies behind Plum Perfect.
