How do we turn our New Year’s resolutions into tangible goals? What’s the difference between a resolution, a goal, and a vision? Most importantly, why do we choose specific resolutions? What are they connected to? How do we know they are the right ones?

Take some time to set up your goals for 2018. Ambassador and Executive Coach Michael Meliniotis will lead a hands-on session that guide you through a goal-setting process that gets you feeling charged and excited for the year ahead. The session activity will draw from a parallel in the Australian Wine Industry. The industry has had an exciting vision yet has also faced numerous challenges. You’ll learn more about why this is relevant to your own goal-setting, while you also (optionally) have a taste of wine yourself.
