BarBelly’s new oyster and martini pairing program, called Shuck It Forward NYC is officially launching.
Available for the rest of the year, the $24 pairing includes two Fords Gin and Lo-Fi Vermouth 50/50 martinis paired with half a dozen oysters. The program will be offered throughout the year with 10% of proceeds donated to Billion Oyster Project’s efforts to restore the city’s oyster beds.
Guests can “Shuck It Forward” to a friend by pre-paying for a numbered oyster shell dangling from the bar that symbolizes one pairing. And friends can come back any time to claim their pairing at their leisure.
The night will include complimentary oysters and 50/50 martinis between 6-7:30pm.
