Affordable Art Fair NYC will return to the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea in March 2024 with 1000’s of contemporary artworks from local, national, and international galleries.
Along with galleries, artists, and other guests enjoy the exciting showcase of original artworks ranging from $100 to $12,000!

A new take on the Young Talent Exhibition audiences have come to love from the Affordable Art Fair – in this special installation curated by Artbean Coffee, Taiwan-Malaysian ceramic and block-print artist Emily B. Yang presents works exploring themes related to love and grief and Taiwan-born artist Joy Tien, known for her punch needle works, intricately weaves narratives that touch upon the essence of life and the afterlife. - ORDER & CHAOS PRESENTED BY ARTS GOWANUS

Arts Gowanus will be exhibiting collections by two featured artists, Liza Domingues and Hannah Robinett. A special installation by Hannah Robinett asks attendees to participate throughout the fair by filling in the blanks on colorful slips of paper nearby and placing them into the shredder created by Hannah. The grid will gradually fill up with various colors and participants’ shredded responses. - COLLECTIVE BLOOM FOR THE ART THERAPY PROJECT

During the fair, attendees are encouraged to contribute to a collective ‘bloom,’ symbolizing diverse visions of hope for the future. Each paper petal of the wall mural represents an individual’s unique perspective, whether focused on personal aspirations, loved ones, or the community at large. Visitors are invited to participate in this communal expression curated by The Art Therapy Project and are encouraged to add their own creative petal using materials provided by the team. - MATERIALS FOR THE ARTS DONATION FOR ADMISSION
Thursday, March 21st, 6-8pm
In partnership with Materials for the Arts, the fair invites attendees to donate new or gently used art supplies at the fair’s venue. In return, they’ll receive complimentary entry, while all contributions will be distributed to New York public schools to support arts education. Accepted items include paints, canvases, pencils, crayons, markers, journals, and more. - ART AFTER DARK

Enjoy Curious Elixirs’ unusually delicious booze-free craft cocktails as you discover your new favorite artist. Then head upstairs, where Funny Face Bakery will be serving up tasty, edible artworks at their live cookie piping station. - THE ARTIST IS IN
Saturday, March 23rd
Exhibitors offer attendees a special opportunity to directly engage with the artists of the displayed artworks. Participating booths will have an illuminated light indicator throughout the day to signify when a gallery artist is available for interaction. - STROLLER HOURS
Sunday, March 24th, starting at 10am
Stroller Hours offer parents a hassle-free way to enjoy the fair with their little ones, providing access to art and shopping. Tickets for the family-centered experience provide an opportunity for families to browse the art fair in peace before it opens to the public. Plan a creative weekend with the kids, lounging on Play Kits by Lalo. The fair will provide mess-free arts and crafts sessions and short programs at 11am, 12pm, and 1pm, led by The Babysitting Company. Saturday, March 23rd – Sunday, March 24th
Belgian artist Jules Wittock will create his new work ‘Play’ onsite at the Activation Stand during the Saturday and Sunday of the fair. Wittock’s hand-painted labyrinths serve as a means of escape and connection to the present moment. After completion, the 1.5m x 2m canvas will be donated to The Art Therapy Project’s auction, supporting free art therapy programs. The auction begins online on April 18th and concludes at their Spring Spectacular at the Mastercard Tech Hub on May 2nd.
