Daily Schedule
11-12pm
“Stroll & Stretch” Parent & Baby Session
Gentle, guided movement designed for postpartum parents or caregivers to reset and reconnect with their bodies. No mat required, just bring yourself, baby, and a stroller!

1-2pm
Baby Sensory Music Class
Live music full of fun baby-friendly exploration textures, soft bubbles, and soothing sounds! Older kids, grandparents, aunties, uncles (you name it) are welcome.

3-4pm
Nap Time Sound Bath
A live ambient music experience on cozy blankets, offering parents and babies a peaceful mid-day wind-down.

Mini Mart Hours:
Friday 5/16 and Saturday 5/17: 10am – 6pm
Sunday 5/18: 10am – 4pm
