It’s the Black Girl Magic! Two weekends ago we had the pleasure of attending the inaugural Essence Beauty Carnival at Pier 36 in beautiful downtown NYC. The event which usually takes place at the Annual Essence Fest in New Orleans, premiered this year as a stand-alone event and it was definitely a hit!
There’s no feeling that can match sipping a cold margarita atop a rooftop in New York City. Thankfully, Margarita Rumble, the international tasting affair, helped folks make that very simple idea a reality over not just one, but a dozen different margaritas.
Earlier this month, we shook up some cocktails at the much buzzed about Liquor Lab Spring Margaritas & Tacos class, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! What an experience it was, being that it was their second installment of the same class.
