Dude, Where’s My Ice Cream Cart?

This summer, Dig’s doing ice-cream. Our roving cart is popping-up in various locations around NYC and Boston, for two weeks only, offering free scoops for the first 200 visitors. Our chefs have developed four flavors, driven by peak produce and local flavors. Think of it as Where’s Waldo, but cooler. ?

? The Flavors:
Triple Vanilla with Seasonal Fruit Syrups
Tri-star Strawberry with Balsamic Reduction
Oat and Honey with Honeycomb Crunch (vegan—made with oat milk; contains honey)
Carrot Creamsicle with Crystallized Ginger Topping (vegan—made with oat milk)
