Apartment Therapy Small/Cool NYC 2022

Apartment Therapy challenged 12 designers to bring 12 of the biggest trends to life — all in 120 square feet. Dive into them in-person, meet the creators, and much more.

Join them for a month-long celebration of all things design. Check out the trend curations in-person at our free Small/Cool NYC pop-up, chat with experts, editors, and designers IRL or via Instagram Live, and attend bespoke workshops.

Schedule:
11am to 7pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between April 22nd and May 15th

Apartment Therapy will also host in-person workshops, designer meet & greets and surprise
activations at Small/Cool NYC throughout the month. Interactive events include:

“Put Your Stamp On It” DIY Rubber Stamp Workshop in partnership with Toyota’s 2022 Corolla Cross.
Wednesday, April 27th, 6- 8 p.m.

Visitors will learn how to create a custom stamp (from carving techniques to ink
transfers) with Apartment Therapy Home Projects Director, Megan Baker and a surprise design
expert.

 Awaken Your Senses: Wellness Seminar in partnership with Yogi Tea.
Wednesday, May 4th, 6 – 8 pm

A multi-sensory experience will stimulate full-body wellness from anywhere. Lifestyle and wellness experts will lead participants through design recommendations, a meditative sound bath, and acupressure exercises as they sip on a cup of Yogi  Tea. Wednesday, May 4th, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Laura Fenton, author of “The Little Book of Living Small,” will be meeting with attendees and signing complimentary copies of her new book “The Bunk Bed Book” for her first 50 visitors. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sunday, May 8th
1 – 3 pm

Curate a bouquet of fresh flowers and gorgeous greenery as a special gift for the moms in your life. Our floral expert will share tips on how to keep them looking fresh. One bouquet per person; while supplies last.

Jam-Packed In partnership with the first-ever Toyota Corolla Cross
Saturday, May 14th & Sunday, May 15th

Check out the first-ever Toyota Corolla Cross, parked just outside the venue, and jam out to live DJ beats — plus, participate in an interactive game!

Small/Cool Illustrated
Sunday, May 15th
3 – 5 pm

An editor-favorite artist will gift you a customized small, cool painting inspired by the featured home decor trends. While supplies last and time permits.
