Apartment Therapy x Pinterest: Dine by Design Pop-up

Apartment Therapy is partnering with Pinterest to host Dine by Design, a showcase of shoppable holiday tablescapes creatively curated by ten of the country’s most exciting designers. Dine by Design is a one-of-a-kind museum-style exhibition: 10 designers, 20 place settings, and endless tablescape inspiration. It’s happening at one of the hottest addresses in town: the brand-new House of Showfields in Brooklyn.

Featuring: Rayman Boozer, Virginia Chamlee, Kamili Bell Hill, Tommy Lei, Shannon Maldonado, Amber Mayfield, Miles Willis McDermott, Noz Nozawa, Eddie Ross, and Mat Sanders

These 10 designers are interpreting a contemporary holiday table — with nary a Santa in sight. From monochromes to metallics, ’80s New Wave to old Dutch masters, you’re going to find a spread that speaks to your style. And the best part? It’s all shoppable, shareable, and saveable. ‘Tis the season for tablescapes.

Massive banquet tables will serve as canvases for the ten designers, who will each curate a two-person holiday place setting of dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, and accouterments based on an assigned trend and their signature style. The public is invited to view the installation, learn about the creative minds behind each setting, post Idea Pins to their Pinterest accounts, and explore the products on the designer’s Pinterest board. They can also shop the products through unique QR codes.
