Bombay Sapphire Sensory Auction with Dan Lam

Bombay Sapphire, in partnership with renowned sculpture artist Dan Lam, is turning the art world on its head. Together, they’re auctioning off an original artwork, to be won not by bidding with your money, but by bidding with your senses. Just you, art inspired by the bombay and tonic, some science, and your sensory reaction.

Bombay Sapphire will grant 25 attendees ONLY entrance to the Sensory Auction where they will place their ‘bid’ with their sensory response to Dan’s original sculpture which draws inspiration from the iconic drink. The ‘bids’ will be measured by a neuroscientist-designed device, rather than monetary value. Though Dan’s piece is valued at $30,000 the strongest sensory “bidder” receives the piece for free.
