Brooklyn Magazine Festival 2022

The Brooklyn Magazine Festival, the first of its kind, is a weeklong celebration of music and creativity in the most dynamic borough in the country. For four days in June, Brooklyn Magazine will host a series of talks in Dumbo and live club shows throughout the borough, culminating in a two-day music festival at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside, in Prospect Park with a super-diverse line-up, top-tier production at the crown jewel of Brooklyn.

Live music at Brooklyn’s best venues—all over the borough, from House of Yes to Elsewhere to Friends and Lovers—curated by the team at Brooklyn Magazine. Come check out a range of bands that are both familiar to many and ready to be discovered.

FIRESIDE CHATS
Wednesday, June 15th and Thursday, June 16th, 5-8pm
Dumbo Loft

Two evenings of intimate conversation at Dumbo Loft with local creatives, makers, and entrepreneurs to discuss emerging local trends—in lifestyle, business, and culture—that reverberate globally. Curated by Brooklyn Magazine editor Brian Braiker, the talks will explore what’s next for Brooklyn from the front lines on entertainment, food and drink, cannabis, grassroots governance, and more.

Speakers include comedian Wyatt Cenac; City Councilors Justin Brannan, Chi Ossé, and Shahana Hanif; Brooklyn Ventures founder Charlie O’Donnell, and others to be announced.
