Chef Bombay is celebrating 25 years in the game — not with a campaign, but with a real-world moment. A chai and samosa pop-up in NYC that’s free, flavorful, and built for our people. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Anis and Noorudin Jiwani, Chef Bombay began with a single samosa recipe and a dream to share South Asian cuisine more widely. There was no playbook. No CPG background. Just family, heritage, and grit. But what truly sets them apart isn’t just the taste, it’s the soul and story behind the food.

This isn’t a launch event. It’s a thank-you to the communities who’ve made Chef Bombay a frozen aisle staple — and a way to insert the brand into street-level culture.
