The pop-up invites busy commuters to trade sad desk lunches (or skipped lunches) for chef-crafted, protein-packed meals, plus quick hits of expert nutrition advice and interactive wellness moments.

• Ginger Teriyaki Salmon – 500 units (250 per day) – 35g protein
