Higher Standards will host a “Puff & Paint” event at its flagship in Chelsea Market to celebrate New York City’s legislation legalizing marijuana possession and recreational adult use. Guests can watch a mural installation on the 15th street entrance at Chelsea Market and get free VIBES rolling papers for the BYOB (bring your own bud) event.
