IKEA Sleepeasy

The IKEA Sleepeasy is an immersive experience showcasing a new range of affordable products and solutions to enable better sleep. For two weekends in August, the furniture brand’s interactive exhibition will walk its New York visitors through the six sleep essentials – comfort, light, temperature, sound, air quality, and decluttering.

This one-of-a-kind pop-up event offers a playful twist on the speakeasy concept. Guests will enter through a hidden door inside a reimagined Swedish bodega that features larger-than-life interactive experiences that highlight the six sleep essentials. As guests journey through this immersive, multi-level exhibit, they can enjoy live music, headphones-only discos, IKEA food, and other Instagrammable moments.

IKEA Family members (join here) are also invited to reserve a special gift that includes a limited edition, event tote filled with the following; an eye mask, pillowcases (2), panda soft toy, and comfy throw blanket. Gifts will be available for pickup at the IKEA Sleepeasy location on 8/10 and 8/17 from 12-6pm. They’ll have custom embroidery on-site to personalize one of your items (either the sleep mask or a pillowcase). Registration for this opens on Tuesday, July 30th, 4am ET. Headphones Only Pajama Disco Party
Join both Fridays from 5-8pm for a hoppin’ HODPP – Headphones-Only Disco Pajama Party! Dance the night away before heading home for some sweet shuteye. PJs optional but encouraged!

IKEA Latin Lounge with DJ
The IKEA Latin Lounge is the place to be for parents and kiddos! Swing by both Saturdays from 3-6pm to relax and enjoy Latin-inspired music, with sleep-related activities for children.

Hej Tea Party
Why simply swirl and sip when you can twirl and dip?! Both Sundays they’ll be celebrating a Hej Tea dance party from 2-5pm.
