Italy on Madison is an initiative organized by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), a government entity that supports the business development of Italian Brands abroad and promotes the attraction of foreign investments in Italy. Each industry will be brought to life through dedicated experiences, inviting guests to discover Italian heritage through all five senses.

Tuesday, May 13th
11:00 AM – A Taste of the Italian Morning
A sensorial introduction to the art of the Italian morning ritual, with espresso, pastries, and wellness products. Hosted by Bilena Settepani, a New York-based Italian baker and entrepreneur.

2:00 PM The Italian Edit: Fragrances
An interactive exploration of Italian perfumery led by a special guest expert. Hosted by Steven Gavrielatos renowned fragrance storyteller and creator of The Smelling Club.

6:45 PM Live Fashion Presentation- Invite Only
Within the Grand Opening Party honoring Italy on Madison, runway models will parade through the party showcasing some of the freshest designer perspectives from emerging and established fashion houses alike.

Wednesday, May14th
11:00 AM Face Yoga: Glow & Let Go!
A wellness session blending facial yoga and premium skincare from Italian beauty brands. Hosted by Annelise Hagen yoga expert and founder of the Yoga Face.

3:00 PM Framed and Styled the Italian Way
Eyewear meets beauty in this engaging lounge with live hairstyling and Italian optical brands. Hosted by Charlotte Bickley, Editor at Large of Daily Front Row and her professional hairstylist, Jaime Alcaiver.

6:00 PM Design & Interiors Talk ‘Where Design meets History’
A conversation on the future of Italian design, interiors, and sustainable craftsmanship moderated by Carlo Biasia.

1:30 PM – Fashion Photoshoot: Behind the Scenes
Step into a live editorial photo shoot with renowned fashion photographer, Samantha Rapp, as she and NYC’s elite runway models bring the best Made in Italy fashions to life

12:00 PM Stirred in Italy: An Immersive Risotto Experience
with Chef Riccardo Orfino
A delicious live performance where Chef Orfino prepares iconic risotto with flavor, elegance, and flair.

6:00 PM Wine & Spirits Activation: “What Drink Are You”?
A playful tasting experience, where guests discover their ideal Italian pour with a custom “drink personality” to match made by the exclusive presence of The Bumbys.
