Cervos and Eric Wareheim are teaming up for an exciting menu collaboration exclusively at Coast to Coast. Cervo’s is a downtown Manhattan ode to the seafood of the Iberian Peninsula and a love letter to sustainable ingredients from the Northeast.

Chef Christine Lau, formerly of Kimika
Kimika is the Japanese-Italian restaurant in Nolita. Chef Christine Lau offers a menu that highlights seasonal, locally sourced produce and Japanese and Italian ingredients, from pizzette fritte with Greenmarket toppings, small plates and fresh seafood pastas.
Nami Nori
Chef Taka Sakaeda & Jihan Lee
Nami Nori is the Japanese restaurant specializing in open temaki from partners Taka Sakaeda, Jihan Lee and Lisa Limb. Since opening in October 2019, its received plaudits as one of America’s brightest new restaurants from The New York Times, Esquire and many more.

Dame is a tiny English seafood restaurant in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village run by chef Ed Szymanski and his partner Patricia Howard. The menu focuses on pairing seasonal produce with fresh seafood. The playful wine list is divided into two sections: What Austin Powers is Drinking versus What James Bond is Drinking. The playlist is all disco.

Forsythia is a small Italian restaurant born out of the kitchens of Rome and the Lower East Side. Head Chef and owner, Jacob Siwak, celebrates real Italian cooking that he perfected while working in Rome and Bologna. The menu focuses on handmade comfort food such as fresh pasta, focaccia, gelato, and more, all of which changes frequently with the seasons.

Lure Fishbar is a restaurant and bar serving the freshest fish selections, a complete raw bar with rotating oyster selection, and best-of-class sushi. Chef Preston Clark will be presenting a collaboration dish with Michelin starred chef Jeremy Fox of Los Angeles-based Birdie G’s and Rustic Canyon restaurants.

Pastry chef Eunji Lee, born in Busan, South Korea, was classically trained in France before the opportunity arose to combine her classic French training with Korean ingredients at Jungsik in New York. Now in the spring of 2022, she’s preparing to open her own dessert shop LYSÉE in the Flatiron District area.
