The Los Angeles Times hosts Coast to Coast in New York City, presented by City National Bank.

They’re inviting top chefs from LA and NYC to serve up some of their favorite dishes at this tasting event, bringing them together for one night only to promote bicoastal culinary appreciation.

Enrique Olvera’s Cosme is a Casmata restaurant in New York City’s Flatiron District serving contemporary cuisine inspired and rooted in Mexican flavors and traditions while celebrating local and seasonal ingredients from the Hudson Valley and surrounding region. Cosme will be collaborating with Damian from LA for the night.

Inspired by the age-old technique of her Korean grandmother’s cooking, Chef Esther Choi has a personal passion for introducing New Yorkers to the flavors of Korean culture, while utilizing the freshest ingredients from places like the Union Square Greenmarket or the Korean markets in Flushing, Queens.

Featuring a Singaporean-inspired drink and food menu, Singapura not only offers hawker food but also dishes from the Peranakan and Eurasian communities in Singapore.
