Nigel Sylvester, renowned BMX Athlete, is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ‘GO Ride. This first-of-its-kind transatlantic bike ride will connect and unite two influential bike communities on the globally celebrated World Bicycle Day (June 3rd). The journey will kick off in Central London and culminate in the vibrant city of New York.
The ‘GO Ride,’ an exploration for cyclists spanning 30 miles, will be co-hosted by Nigel Sylvester and BMX rider Jake 100. Riders of all ages will unite in both cities, with London setting off the day’s ride at Golden Square, covering 15 miles, followed by an electrifying night ride touring the streets of New York, starting and ending at HBX on the Lower East Side. Nigel and a select team of riders will conquer both routes within an astonishing 15-hour timeframe.
The New York ride will conclude with a post-ride celebration featuring a live DJ, official GO Ride merchandise available for purchase, and food provided by renowned NYC hotspot, Sweet Chick, backed by rap icon Nas. Additional sponsors for the GO Ride include Jordan Brand, Specialized Bikes, The Nigel Sylvester Foundation, and produced by MADWMN.
