Nimbus Holiday Pop-Up

Nimbus Ghost Kitchen is hosting a four-day holiday event highlighting the industry’s most exciting makers, which will include an ice cream collab between Caffe Panna and Bibi Bakery, cooking demonstrations by eatmise, a pop-up dinner by 2 Girls & a Cookshop, and a market stall by Best Damn Cookies.

THURSDAY
Dinner: Little Grenjai, Tender Bits Supper Club

FRIDAY
Dinner: 2 Girls and Cookshop, Jamaican Taco Party
6:30pm-9:30pm
The recent winner of the Caviar Best Bite Award at the New York Food and Wine Festival and Food Network’s Best Taco award is hosting its first ever taco dinner party. Tickets will be pre-sold in advance on the Nimbus Instagram page and items will be sold on site during the event. Sunboy will provide complimentary spiked coconut water while supplies last.

SATURDAY
Lunch: Meat Asia, Mike’s Asian BBQ Counter
11am-1:30pm
Meat Asia’s exclusive BBQ menu features mouthwatering scallion pancake wraps and BBQ skewers. Items will be available for purchase on site during the event.

Filipino-style BBQ dinner featuring Chef Erica’s famous honey-calamansi BBQ ribs, braised chicken adobo and more. Food is first-come, first-served while supplies last. The evening will also feature local Filipino micro bakeries, artisans, and live music, including Chi Bundle Goods, Butter Boy Baking Co, Baker Joes, Bearbingka, Jen Scribbles, Shop Ni Natalie, Mnl Bae and The PH Dough.
