The New York Botanical Garden invites visitors to enjoy an exquisite fusion of spring beauty
and local wine on Daffodil Hill during the Botanical Garden’s highly anticipated Spring Uncorked
event.
Renowned wineries from the Hudson Valley, Brooklyn, and Long Island will provide a diverse selection of tastings as visitors unwind to live music, delve into the art and science of winemaking, and participate in a variety of crafts and games. Morning Glory Markets will curate a lineup of the Tri-State area’s finest local foods to complement the wine-tasting experience. An NYBG-branded wine tumbler is included in the Spring Uncorked ticket price. (In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on Sunday, May 5th)

- Wine Tasting
Grab a souvenir NYBG wine tumbler and join fellow revelers for a fight of palate-pleasing wines
from more than 10 New York State wineries. Bottles will be available for sale.

As visitors sip their wine, they may relax or dance to the original sounds of some of the newest
artists on the scene including Harlem-born R&B singer Mia Jae, Brooklyn-based indie rock group
Jewelry, and New York City-based power pop and glam rock band Josephine Network.

Purchase and enjoy delicious lunch options for purchase from a lineup of the tri-state area’s finest
local foods, curated by Morning Glory Markets.
- Make Sense of the Scent
Stop by and try an aroma recognition training activity praised by sommeliers. From raspberry to
pepper, this selection of scents allows revelers to identify common aromas found in wines and
increase their sommelier vocabulary.
- Uncorked Crafts and Lawn Games
Have fun with an assortment of family-friendly games, including cornhole and giant Jenga, and
give your wine cork a second life with guided craft activities from Materials for the Arts.
