Ian Burrell, ‘The Global Rum Ambassador’-the award-winning “EduTainer and co-creator of Equiano, a 100% natural rum. His work around the world as a mixologist and spirits has redefined the space, having offered masterclasses and seminars on 7 continents, as well as holding the Guinness World Record for the largest organized rum tasting and masterclass in 2014.

He will guide us through a virtual rum tasting (via Zoom). You will learn the history of Rum; how to drink; what to recognize when tasting; and other intricacies about the libation and well make some cocktails together as well!
