Sound Mind Music Festival for Mental Health 2024

Sound Mind Music Festival for Mental Health, a free, all-day celebration will be transforming Jefferson Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn into a vibrant hub of music, community, and holistic wellness. Featuring performances by Kevin Morby, MisterWives, Bailen, SHAED, and more, this festival is a testament to the power of music in fostering mental well-being.

In addition to the performances, there will be:

• Dance parties & DJ sets (in partnership with House of Yes) throughout the day

• Sound Sessions – holistic mental health programming experiences including movement and yoga, mindfulness and breathwork sessions

• Food & drinks by iconic New York institution Smorgasburg

• An official benefit afterparty at Elsewhere featuring a performance by DJ White Shadow (who produced Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and worked on the film “A Star is Born,”)

• Dance, mindfulness sessions, and panel discussions including Mental Health in Communities of Color, Mental Health in the Music Industry, Mental Health in the LGBTQ+ Community, and The Importance of the Lived Experience
