Fishwife, the beloved tinned seafood brand, is teaming up with the James Beard award-winning team at Wildair to create The Fishwife Snack Bar & Shop, in partnership with Capital One. Each day, the restaurant will come alive with something new, like: collab-driven pintxos (small, Spanish-style snacks), Gilda martinis galore from their pals at Hendrick’s Gin, plus decadent caviar desserts, influencer-curated bites, and a first look at all of the 2025 fishwife holiday products. It’s tins, snacks, and cocktails all wrapped up in a San Sebastián daydream!

Eligible Capital One cardholders can reserve tickets on Capital One Entertainment for an exclusive experience on 10/15, before the pop-up opens to the public. Tickets are limited and available while supplies last. Cardholders will also get exclusive perks throughout the pop-up!

Schedule

Friday (10/17)
1pm – Fishwife x Wild Air Donut Hole Drop, while supplies last
3pm – Giveaway: Chunks x Fishwife Sardine Dream Clips to the first 50 people
7pm – Flamenco + Aperitivo Hour with Murray’s Cheese + Campo Grande! Ft. free jamon carving by Campo Grande, a cheesemonger from Murray’s Cheese, carving a parm wheel, and a Flamenco band playing sweet tunes throughout.

Saturday (10/18)
1pm – Elbow Bread + Smoked Fish Dip, while supplies last
3pm – Fishwife Bureka with Ben Siman Tov, while supplies last
7pm – Bread + Butter Hour with Churn. Fishwife’s Churn Anchovy Butter Collab (launching 10/2) will be served with L’appartement 4F baguettes, while supplies last

Sunday (10/19)
1pm – Free Tuna Sammie Kit (while supplies last), including Ayoh, Fishwife Tuna, Maldon salt mini slide tin, Laundry Room Studios Guest Check Tuna Art Print, in our limited-edition pop-up tote
3pm – Morgenstern’s Candied Salmon + Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream Sundaes
7pm – Pickle Pintxos Hour with Grillo’s, ft. pickle gilda martinis
