The Korean Table – SIP & PAIR by jari is a culinary experience where Korean traditional spirits meet modern Korean cuisine. Presented in collaboration with two Korean restaurants in New York — HOJOKBAN NYC and NARI. Both restaurants will feature jari signature cocktails crafted with Moonbaesool and Baekryun Makgeolli, along with curated pairing menus built around these spirits.
Also, participate in the on-site survey about your experience with the jari special menu, and you can receive prizes through an on-site lucky draw!

Hojokban, 128 Madison Avenue
Hojokban NYC is a Korean fusion restaurant located on Madison Avenue in Manhattan, offering a refined Oriental-inspired ambiance where traditional Korean aesthetics meet contemporary sensibilities. Originating in Cheongdam, Seoul, the brand draws its name from the traditional Korean folk table Hojokban (豪族飯)—a symbol of Korean hospitality and artistry—which the restaurant reinterprets in a modern dining context. - Truffle Potato Pancake: A crispy Korean potato pancake elevated with truffle mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and bacon—Hojokban’s signature starter known for its rich flavor and texture.
- Branzino A modern main dish featuring branzino glazed with doenjang and soy sauce, served harmoniously with a bok choy salad.
- Soy-Glazed Bossam: Tender slow-braised pork belly coated in a savory soy sauce infused with garlic and ginger—balancing soft texture with a sweet–savory profile.
- Hojok Galbi: A signature short rib dish cooked sous-vide for 16 hours and finished with Hojokban’s house-made soy glaze. Served with salad, this entrée represents the restaurant’s modern interpretation of Korean grilled meats.

NARI is a modern Korean restaurant located on 54th Street in Midtown Manhattan, near MoMA.
