US Open + Fan Week 2022

The US Open is back fully this year! The 2022 US Open will be the 142nd edition of tennis’ US Open and the fourth and final Grand Slam event of the year. It will be held on outdoor hard courts at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.

Fan Week will take place Tuesday, August 23rd to Sunday, August 28th and the Main Draw will be Monday, August 29th to Sunday, September 11th.

2022 Fan Week Highlights
US Open Qualifying Tournament
From Tuesday to Friday witness top tennis players in the world battle for a spot in the main draw. You may even catch the next US Open champion.

Legends Match
See past US Open Champions Andy Roddick and Kim Clijsters team-up with other tennis legends as they take part in an exhibition match in the Grandstand on Tuesday, August 23rd at 7pm.

Featured Player Practices
Top men’s and women’s competitors will take part in featured practices in the Grandstand throughout the week, with entertainment and music for fans in attendance bringing even more excitement.

Arthur Ashe Stadium Experience
A limited number of fans will be able to access Arthur Ashe Stadium each day to view player practices in the US Open’s main stadium, and get an inside look at the biggest stage in tennis. Register for Fan Access Pass for entry.

Flavors of the Open
Introducing a new Fan Week food event, Flavors of the Open! On Thursday, August 25th, join on the club level of Arthur Ashe Stadium to sample premium food offerings from more than a dozen of the signature purveyors at the US Open as well as sponsors Evian, Heineken and the signature Grey Goose Honey Deuce cocktail. Chase Sound Check Concert
DNCE will perform live at Chase Sound Check at the US Open on Friday, August 26th at 8pm. Tickets are free. Get Them Here!

Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day
Celebrating the life and legacy of tennis and cultural icon Arthur Ashe, Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day powered by Net Generation will return in 2022, taking place on Saturday, August 27th! The first 1000 kids onsite get a free Wilson tennis racquet (restrictions apply). Tennis fans of all ages will be able to experience a variety of entertainment and activities throughout the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. This year’s special appearances will be announced at a later date however tickets will NOT be required for this year’s festivities. More Here!

US Open Media Day
The biggest stars from the WTA and ATP tours will participate in US Open Media Day on Friday, August 26th at 11am. For the first time, a portion of the event will be completely focused on the fans, with those in attendance at Arthur Ashe Stadium being able to hear directly from the players.
