Fans of Blue Apron rejoice because the subscription food delivery service is cooking up something totally new and bringing a whole new meaning to delivery with their new pop-up just steps away from their HQ.

With their new Unboxed series, Blue Apron wants us to be able to truly see how everything works, from their test cooks making their meals for you, new kits on sale and technique classes, here’s what you need to know!

First off, their classes (which already sold out) offer up options like how to prep a chicken 3 ways, Kitchen 101 (to help you build a core culinary foundation), and even how to make pasta from scratch. On top of that, all the cooking utensils they use in their test kitchen are offered for sale here, along with the option to ship them nationwide, and they’re offering free monograming on $10 Blue Apron aprons.

Aside from these classes though, it is definitely worth taking a look at their website for a calendar listing all their other amazing activations, including Wine & Cheese nights, Coffee Floats courtesy of Irving Farms, Live Cooking Samples, Granola Parfaits and Yogurt Smoothies courtesy of Stonyfield.

Their calendars are specifically themed by week too, so make sure to stop by and see the changes they make week by week.

Other exciting activation elements include the wall of wine showcasing Blue Apron’s self-labeled options, and curated designed avocado photo wall, daily free coffee and for-sale boxes featuring a new format with pre-chopped veggies to make your cooking even easier, specifically “One-Pan Beef Stir-Fry with Udon Noodles & Sweet Peppers”
