A presentation by food historian and media personality Scott Wiener on “Uncovering NYC’s Pizza Past” – an unraveling, fun and interactive account of the early history of pizza in America (via New York City) told through documents and photos Scott has found over the past decade of research at the NYC Department of Records, NYPL, NY Historical Society, and beyond.
About the Presenter:
Besides creating pizza tours experiences, Scott writes an award-winning column for Pizza Today Magazine, contributes to PMQ’s Pizza Magazine and PizzaMarketplace.com and judges pizza culinary competitions across the planet.
