Dixon Place is proud to present StylePointe, a unique project exploring the relationship between Fashion and Dance.
Bringing together two of NYC’s most vibrant institutions, StylePointe is a platform for emerging fashion designers to showcase their designer collection collaborating with dance choreographers during New York Fashion Week.
Producer Sangeeta Yesley asked fashion designers with complete collections to submit work samples. Five wonderful collections were chosen from designers of diverse backgrounds. These designer apparels were introduced to 5 established choreographers, who will create 5 different dance vignettes to showcase the fashion collections.
Dixon Place lounge opens at 6:15 p.m. for a special Cocktail Hour.
The duration of the show is 60 minutes.
