Valrhona Chocolate is hosting its 3rd Annual Valrhona Hot Chocolate Festival in New York City.
From January 20th to February 4th, various restaurants and bakeries around the city like Patisserie Chanson, Dominique Ansel Bakery and Petrossian Bakery will feature exclusive hot chocolate recipes that showcase Valrhona Chocolate. To kick off the festival, Valrhona will host a tasting event for all NYC chocolate lovers at Laduree Soho.
Valrhona will donate 100% of the proceeds from the event and $0.50 for every hot chocolate (specialty or in-house regular) sold during the festival to C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program), a nonprofit organization that prepares disadvantaged high school students for careers in the culinary field.4
