The Beach at Dream Downtown features a glass-bottom pool, pool deck, sand beach, two private cabanas, and over 30 Cote D’Azur-inspired chaise lounges.

Coda Beach Club – NEW!

Coda Beach Club is New York City’s largest, heated adults-only outdoor pool featuring a Bali meets Malibu meets south of France aesthetic with lush greenery around the pool.
🍹 Food/Drink: Coda Beach Club. Cocktails, poolside classics, and an Indonesian-inspired menu.’Coda Beach Happy Hour’ from Monday-Wednesday (noon-close) with comp admission to the bar area/bistro table seating for those who want to eat and drink poolside but don’t plan to get wet.
