*DISCOUNT* Bringing Our Inner Mixologist Out for Liquor Lab’s Spring Margaritas & Tacos Class

Earlier this month, we shook up some cocktails at the much buzzed about Liquor Lab Spring Margaritas & Tacos class, and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! What an experience it was, being that it was their second installment of the same class.

Liquor Lab allows you to sign up for any class in pairs for a perfect date night, birthday party, or any celebration. There are various courses to choose from at different price points, there’s even a Game of Thrones Cocktails Watch Party priced at $50.

Upon entering our class, we were graciously greeted by the liquor lab staff and our coats were taken. Each party was welcome to choose where they wanted to sit for the duration of the class. There was also an amazing nachos and taco spread. The food menu consisted of chicken, beef, vegetarian tacos, assorted veggies, dips, hummus, and olives, and assorted sides. We grabbed our food and headed to our mixology stations. The lab station was equipped with any and every cocktail generating utensil. We were so giddy and excited; this was one of the coolest experiences we’ve had!

During the class, we made four different variations of the margarita using infused tequilas, fresh purees and other classic and creative ingredients. We were taught how to make the meanest and most mouthwatering margaritas which elevated our taco night. My favorite was the mouthwatering Bitter Rhubarb Margarita! The entire class mingled with friends in between cocktail instruction, while sipping fresh made tequila treats and munching on those tasty tacos. There was also a cool photo booth where you could take a gif, standard photo, or video.

A moment that stood out to me was when we all sang Happy Birthday to those celebrating. The Founders of Liquor Lab made sure to stop by each station and chat with all attendees and answered questions we had and told us about how it all started, as well as where they plan to take it! I honestly had the best time at Liquor Lab two-hour Margaritas & Tacos class, which can host 50 people at a time, and will definitely be back for a date night!
