A Festive Extravaganza

A world of holiday joy and wonder awaits at Winterdest the Brooklyn Museum. With its dazzling program of attractions and daily events, the memories you make at Winterfest will last well beyond the holiday season. The Activities
Holiday Market
Over 50 charming holiday-decorated wooden chalets are your one-stop shop for local crafts, unique gifts and more. With an array of beautiful jewelry, accessories, clothing, handmade crafts, traditional holiday decorations and more, you can buy the perfect gift for everyone on your list – naughty or nice.

Attractions
Young or old, naughty or nice, get in the full festive experience by visiting our winter-themed attractions. Go on our holiday scavenger hunt and wander through the enchanted maze, try a chocolate tasting at the Candy Dome, experience the Thrills Snowzilla and Bouncy Snowman, take a picture inside a giant snow globe, and visit Santa and Mrs. Claus for a photo or a snack. Thursdays nights are Santa Pet Nights!

Eat & Drink
A variety of delicious food and seasonal treats will warm you up on a cold winter day. Be sure to try a glass of mulled wine or steaming cup of hot chocolate for a true holiday market experience – with the added benefit of keeping those chilly hands warm!

Entertainment
Cozy up with food and drink and enjoy nightly live music from local performers and artists, featuring bands, holiday carolers, dance troupes, and local musicians. School Groups
What a great field trip for school groups! Our program specialist can help teachers plan for an informative and fun outing at Winterfest. Meet Santa, perform on stage, play our holiday Scavenger Hunt, build a gingerbread house, learn about chocolate making, and more. The group will take home lasting memories.
