Yo-ho-ho! Merry  Litmas, #CaptainHolidays – nothing like sharing a bottle of Captain Morgan rum to spread the holiday spirit! Arrrgh!

This past Monday, December 19th, the Captain ordered us to eat, drink, and be ugly! Mission accomplished. The Captain Morgan Ugly Sweater Holiday Party at NYC’s Up & Down was complete with holiday Captain cocktails, karaoke, an epic photo booth, and plenty of rocking around the Captain Morgan nip clad Christmas Tree with ze Captain himself!

If the overflow of delicious appetizers and spiced rum was not enough, passing the bottle alongside New York City’s very own hilarious Instagram meme masters and power couple @girlwithnojob and @boywithnojob (Claudia Oshry and Ben Soffer) was definitely something to write home about.

The night was jolly to say the least, as people raged in their custom “ugly” Captain Morgan sweaters and holiday accessories. Guests tagged Instagram posing with the Captain adding #CaptainHolidays with chance to win $$ prizes!

1.5 oz. Captain Original Spiced Rum

4 oz. Ginger Ale (or ginger beer if available)

Mint sprig/lime wheel garnish

The Captain Cider (served as a punch)

1 oz. Captain Original Spiced Rum

1.5 oz. cranberry juice

1.5oz. hard cider

The Crannon Blast Shot (chilled)

½  Captain Morgan Cannon Blast

½ Cranberry Juice
