About Gaby Mlynarczyk
Behind the bar for over 20 years, Gaby Mlynarczyk is known for creating produce-driven, modernist cocktail programs. Mlynarczyk is beverage director at accomplice bar in Mar Vista where she incorporates predominantly Asian ingredients into her drinks to pair with the Chinese-Taiwanese food. She is also in charge of brand new bar, Vacation, in Santa Ana where her destination-themed menu is inspited by the iconic Lonely Planet travel guides. In her downtime, Mlynarczyk documents her liquid research and experiments on The Loving Cup, a monthly blog intended to demystify cocktails for the home bartender.
