Held at the beautiful Baccarat Beautique on Madison Avenue, it was the perfect setting for the night. A cool tidbit is that all the glassware featured in the book is actually Baccarat as well. How else would these babies shine?
Those in attendance included Assouline’s Esther Kremer and Alexandre Assouline. Actress Mischa Barton, Haute Inhabit’s Lainy Hedaya, New York City Housewive Tinsley Mortimer and many other influencers in the world of food, drink and style.
Mark delves into these cocktails with a different eye; from molecular mixology to create the Anti-Gravity, a reinvention of the hit or miss Bloody Mary with sake, and gets down with roses with the Versailles.
