Collectif 1806 invites you to experience the New York semi-finals of History In A Glass.
We’ve getherd six area finalists to bring to life the history of Cognac. Using Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal and inspiration from two of the following eras of cocktails:
Cognac Punch (1738-1815)
Cognac Julep (1815-1865)
Cognac Cocktail (1865-1920)
Cognac Sidecars (1920-Now)
Now we invite you to watch as two select finalists advance onto the US Finals, here, in New York City where they will compete for the chance to win a trip Cognac, France, and represent the U.S. in the International Remy Martin Cocktail Competition!
