Socrates offers free yoga classes of Vinyasa yoga – a series of flowing poses linked to the awareness of breath. During this class, you will get your breath and body moving by starting with slow movements which will build to standing poses as well as offer some balancing poses to help maintain your strength and stability throughout the week. Classes will end with restorative stretches so you feel recharged and are ready to take on the rest of the day.
