As we finally get to enjoy the warmer days of spring, and with summer on the horizon, a few NYC restaurants are also following suit with immersive seasonal pop-ups. Get ready to be transported with Instagrammable decor and menus that emulate what floral dreams and sunny escapes are made of. Eataly Flatiron (Serra by Birerria)

SERRA by Birreria features a much-anticipated seasonal pop-up, which flaunts a different theme each time. This year, reflective of the Italian countryside, the rooftop oasis features vines, greenery, and flowers lining every beam throughout. Looking for another photo? Don’t miss out on their alluring setup towards the back.

Seasonal offerings to try:

Apps & Entrees: Scarola alla Griglia (grilled seasonal chicories),  Crochette Di Piselli (crispy potato and sweet pea, Bombette (pork shoulder), and others

Cocktails: ‘Cello Cocktails (housemade limoncellos, featuring seasonal fruits and vegetables) like the Carota using fresh carrots, the Piselli made with spring peas, and the Rabarbaro showcasing the peak season rhubarb, and others

Desserts: Crostate (Italian pies) with flavors of Cioccolato e Caffè (Chocolate and Coffee), Mandorle e Amarena (Almond and Cherry), and Mela e Albicocca (Apple and Apricot Jam)

Baby Brasa

Baby Brasa’s pink floral decor, created this year by Floratorium, forms whimsical flowers and vines around its name, continuing inside with a chic and tasteful touch. To top it all off, their statement wall is a thing to be admired, with bold pink backing and tropical greenery.

App & Entrees: Octopus Ceviche, Crispy Rock Shrimps, Steak Stir Fry, Amazon Fried Rice, and others.

Cocktails: Rosie (Aviation gin, rosemary syrup, lemon, celery), Coconut Margarita (Casa Amigos Tequila, coconut, lime), Peach Sangria (Sancerre, Tito’s vodka, triple sec, peaches, apricots, grapefruits, apples) and others.

Queensyard

Queensyard emits floral inspiration with their Secret Garden in collaboration with Chandon. Their decor features white florals hanging from the ceiling and a full ‘citrus lined’ flower arch. In addition to their spring menus, you can also look forward to their exclusive Secret Garden Cocktails, served daily.

Loreley is not your typical beer garden. In addition to the usual brew-like offerings and fare, they also take on the seasons, transforming their indoor seating area and outdoor patio. This season you can find pink and white florals adorning their ceilings and walls, which coincides perfectly with their Summer Rose Fest!

Gallow Green

This rooftop is known for its walkway and has called on spring in the form of beautiful pink florals. Bright potted flowers can also be found throughout the space. Their luxe and picturesque garden includes fragrant botanicals, all the photo ops, and their newly returned rooftop brunch featuring an immaculate buffet and live music. ‘Sunset Sundays’ feature a different live band each Sunday at 7pm!

Magic Hour

Magic Hour is a place that truly lives up to its name. Their Sparkly Summer theme in collaboration with Design House Décor is complete with whimsical summer cocktails and a first-ever, speakeasy lounge “The Hidden Gem”. Their overall decor adds a mix of shimmer and classic greenery seamlessly.

PHD Terrace

The flower tunnel at PHD Terrace is popular year-round and lauded as one of the most fun rooftop bar attractions for those looking for an Instagrammable moment. Their new Daisy Dreaming pop-up brings a refreshing look, featuring thousands of daisies throughout the terrace, pampas grass, and over-the-top floral moments.
