For one special week, Chefs Club Counter joins forces with illy – the global leader in high-quality, sustainably-grown coffee – to present Chefs Club Caffè by illy.

This star-studded dinner series begins with Chef Alfio Ghezzi of 2* Michelin-rated Locanda Margon and then followed by Antonia Klugmann from Michelin-starred L’Argine a Vencò on October 2.

The Ernesto Illy International Coffee Award in its third year brings coffee lovers closer to coffee growers. To support these efforts, illy is hosting an annual tasting of the nine Arabica coffees that have been determined to be the best in the world for the 2017-2018 growing season. This event will bring coffee enthusiasts together to vote to help determine the Coffee Lovers Choice winner among the nine coffees, and will include a unique food pairing from two-starred Michelin Chef Alfio Ghezzi.

For one special week, Chefs Club Counter joins forces with illy – the global leader in high-quality, sustainably-grown coffee – to present Chefs Club Caffè by illy. This star-studded dinner series begins with Chef Alfio Ghezzi of 2* Michelin-rated Locanda Margon in the hills outside of Trento, Italy. One of the most talented disciples of the godfather of modern Italian cuisine, Gualtiero Marchesi, Chef Ghezzi will prepare a five-course tasting menu including creations like Vitello Tonnato with Capers, Coffee, and Sunchokes; and Panna Cotta with Roses and Raspberries.

For one special week, Chefs Club Counter joins forces with illy – the global leader in high-quality, sustainably-grown coffee – to present Chefs Club Caffè by illy. For one night only, we welcome Antonia Klugmann from Michelin-starred L’Argine a Vencò in Dolegna, Italy. In the Friulian countryside near the Slovenian border, Klugmann shares her uniquely personal cuisine, rooted in tradition but playing with unusual flavor combinations. On October 2, join us for a five-course feast including her Roasted Ravioli with Sausage, Turnip Greens, and Horseradish; and a Sunchoke Crème Caramel.
