Chef Matty Matheson teams up with Ace Hotel for a five-city gastronomic tour in celebration of his first cookbook, Matty Matheson: A Cookbook.

Tonight is the first of two nights Matty’s in NYC, and The Breslin is going all-out.
Chef Matty Matheson cut his teeth across Toronto kitchens and went from dropping out of culinary school two weeks before graduating to opening his own restaurant at age 26. Co-founder of Toronto’s widely popular Group of 7 Chefs, a mainstay on VICELAND’s Munchies and his own notoriously beloved shows It’s Suppertime! and Dead Set On Life, Matty’s flair for fire has gained him notoriety far beyond Toronto’s rich food scene.
