Greek-inspired Mediterranean restaurant Ousia is excited to welcome Diane Kochilas into the kitchen for a guest-chef takeover.
Best known for her Public Television series “My Greek Table” and line of award-winning cookbooks, Diane is one of the world’s foremost authorities on Greek cuisine, bringing healthy and delicious recipes and meals to a wide international audience. She is also a longtime friend and collaborator of the Livanos Restaurant Group, having served as a consulting chef at our sister restaurant Molyvos.
Diane will be preparing a four-course menu of specialties from her newest cookbook “My Greek Table: Authentic Flavors of Modern Home Cooking from My Kitchen to Yours.” Select dishes from Diane will include Phyllo-Wrapped Feta with spiced honey drizzle, Imam with raisins, onions and Petimezi, and Xynomavro Chocolate Cake with roasted grapes.
