The Eddy’s Chef Jeremy Salamon will be partnering with Athena Bochanis of Palinkerie, responsible for bringing many of the best Hungarian wines to the US, to showcase the Hungarian cuisine and culture through paired, delicious food and wine.
The food menu will include Jeremy’s take on Hungarian classics such as Pogasca or sourdough biscuits with plum butter and crispy chicken skin, Tortalt or stuffed cabbage and peppers with dirty rice, Porkolt or pork collar and for dessert, Dobos Torte.
$65 for a four course meal of reimagined Hungarian classics, with the option to add Palinkerie wine pairings for $45 per person.
