Seaport Square at Pier 17 will host FREE fitness classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays curated and led by some of New York’s top fitness experts.
Classes include boot camp, circuit training, yoga, and more. Classes are free but space is limited so be sure to RSVP to secure your spot.

Circuit 25
25 is the magic number. Every session has 25 minutes focused on body-transforming body weight exercises, and another 20 minutes that hit you with cardio, core and a cool down. Your pace, your workout.
Vinyasa Yoga
An open level alignment driven class to strengthen and open the body. We flow through the postures, linking the breath to movements, encouraging a calm self-awareness and vibrant energy.
Metabolic Conditioning
A combination of strength and interval training that has specific work and rest periods to elicit a desired response from the body. The goal is to maximize efficiency of a particular energy system.
Body Bounce
Body Bounce circuit training on trampolines, bounce your way to a better body with Body Bounce. This workout consists of multiple stations that target all areas of the body to strengthen and build endurance.
CBXT
CBXT includes heart rate monitor training and tablets displaying all the exercises to give you a more immersive experience. Track your calories and your effort with our monitors!
Boot Camp
A team-oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training. In this class, you are responsible for your fellow troopers and everyone is responsible for you.
