Frequency is helping people find themselves and to remember what it means to be human by journeying into the unknown waters of the mind. Expand your consciousness with this mind altering class; you’ll increase neuroplasticity in flow states and learn to breathe into sacred sound currents. Before class begins, there will be a brief tutorial on how the Galaxy Watch and Gear Fit2 Pro track your workout goals on the S-Health app.
Following class, you’ll see how you did on the Galaxy Watch or Gear Fit2 Pro and hydrate with a complimentary bottle of the award winning clean, crisp taste of CORE™ Hydration.
Schedule:
6:30 pm: Guests will check-in at Samsung 837’s Main Stage.
6:45 pm: A brief tutorial on how the Galaxy Watch & Gear Fit2 Pro tracks your workout goals on the S-Health app.
7:00 pm: Frequency team introduction and discussion begins.
7:30 pm: Q&A with the Frequency team.
8:00 pm: Class ends and guests will see their results on the Galaxy Watch or Gear Fit2 Pro while hydrating with a complimentary bottle of CORE™ Hydration.
