Now that the warmer weather is upon us, gone are the days of indoor-only workouts. It’s time to get that extra dose of serotonin and vitamin D from some of our favorite outdoor fitness classes in NYC. Whether you enjoy meditative yoga 100 floors up in the sky, HIIT workouts in the heart of NYC, or outdoor cardio with the one and only Brooklyn Bridge as your backdrop, we’ve got you covered! 1. Seaport Fit

Seaport Fit is back, and they are so ready to kick off their outdoor fitness series. We get it, HIIT workouts in the heat might not sound ideal, but trust, they make it worth it. 2. Edge Sky-High Yoga 

If you haven’t been to The Edge, GO & if you have been, GO again because they’re hosting sunrise yoga on the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western hemisphere. That’s right, you have the opportunity to start your morning off on a high note. 45-minutes of yoga, pure relaxation, and no stress while overlooking NYC’s infamous skyline sounds like heaven. Waking up early might be a drag, but you will feel SO rewarded after the class is over and hey, you might even want to go again! Book your class here! *Tickets are released monthly.

3. Yoga on the Stoop Series at Brooklyn Museum

Calling all Brooklynites. Yoga at the Brooklyn Museum is exactly what you need to start your Saturday mornings. This series is open to yogis of all levels and led by experienced instructors so you won’t miss a beat and will even learn something new. Namaste! Get your tickets here!

4. Bryant Park Yoga

Who else can say they did the Downward Dog in Bryant Park? Weekly yoga sessions at Bryant Park are ALL the rage and lucky for you, they are happening all summer long. If you’re an early bird or looking for a nice sunset yoga session, this is the place to be! Open to all levels of practice so run, don’t walk & invite your friends! 7. The William Vale x SkyTing Yoga Summer Outdoor Yoga Series

The William Vale  Hotel has partnered with celeb and wellness guru favorite, SkyTing Yoga, to offer weekly outdoor yoga classes at Vale Park. 8. The Sweat Sessions in the Meatpacking District

Stop by The Oculus to join in free health, wellness, and fitness programming at the World Trade Center. Launched in May to support Mental Health Awareness Month, the summer series encourages healthy well-being habits. 16. Chelsea Piers Fitness x Outsiders Run Club

Attention runners, this is your sign to train with a running buddy and achieve your marathon goals. Run with Chelsea Piers Fitness & the Outsiders community for a weekly run alongside the West Side Highway! Classes include training sessions from Chelsea Pier Fitness’ top trainer who is a 17x marathon runner. Just to top things off, be sure to utilize their locker rooms, indoor turf, sundecks with views of the Hudson River, saunas & steam rooms before the classes, and enjoy a social hour after at a local restaurant or bar after to celebrate your hard work! 17. Summer Fitness at Top of the Rock
